Shipping ships all over the world, except in Brazil and Russia, by courier. In accordance with international trade laws in force, the goods shipped are accompanied by an official invoice stating the total value of the goods purchased in the same currency as the original purchase. Furthermore, the value of each single item purchased is indicated on the invoice.

The evasion of each order, subject to confirmation of the availability of the items and verification of the bank transaction, takes place on average within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17, excluding holidays.

When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive an e-mail notification from the courier providing the waybill number (AWB) relating to the order.

To monitor the progress of the shipment, customers can visit the courier's website and enter the AWB number indicated in the e-mail in the "Track your Shipments" area.

At any time, by accessing the reserved area in the Orders section, and clicking on each order, it is possible to view the assigned waybill number. Please enter this number directly on the courier's website to monitor the progress of your order.

Customers are informed that there may be delays in shipments during promotions and sales.

Please note that it is illegal to declare lower values ​​on the invoice than the amount actually paid by the customer or to declare goods as GIFTS, therefore requests from customers relating to these activities will not be accepted.

Please note that in the event that, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties related to the automatic return to the sender of are deducted/withheld from the refund due.

Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the same. packages are carefully sealed.

If the customer receives a box that has been opened by the Customs or by the Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a guarantee or control seal by the institution.

If the package appears to have been tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt of the package with reserve or to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint file with the local courier office and promptly contact at the email address

In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reserve, the delivery is considered automatically accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.

All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (incorrect / incomplete telephone number, incorrect / incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender in Italy at the expense of the customer. The costs to be paid by the customer include the shipping costs and any customs duties which will be deducted from the refund due.

For the purchase of footwear, please note that the maximum number of items allowed per order is two pairs; in case of a higher quantity may ask the customer to pay a contribution for shipping costs (even in the case in which the amount exceed the free shipping threshold).
