Returns

RETURNS
For any reason, the customer can return the order, in whole or in part. Items can be returned for a size/color change or for a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Items must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent in, neatly packaged and with the returns tag still attached.

After forwarding the aforementioned request to Customer Service following the procedure above, the customer will receive an email with the instructions to follow in order to send the goods to be returned. The costs are borne by the customer who can choose the courier he prefers to ship his return. Dipierrobrandstore.it recommends using a traceable service because Dipierrobrandstore.it is not responsible for returns not received due to losses due to couriers.

Returns authorized by Dipierrobrandstore.it must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally shipped.

Returned items must meet our criteria:

  • Items must be returned unworn, intact and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and bags, if applicable, and placed inside a protective outer shipping box.
  • When trying on a shoe, please do not ruin the soles or damage the box.
  • If an item has a brand security tag, the item must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  • Cosmetic and beauty products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals still intact.
  • Socks, underwear and toiletries must be returned with protective hygiene labels and in unopened packaging where applicable.
  • Lingerie and swimwear should only be tried on with your underwear still on. We do not accept any returns that have been worn or dirty.

Please use caution when testing purchases so that you can return them in the same condition. Returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted.

Dipierrobrandstore.it reserves the right not to accept returns if delivery involves additional costs for Dipierrobrandstore.it or requires collection from a courier branch. In case of repair, the shipping costs of the item to be repaired are paid by the customer, both for the outward and return journey.

 

REFUNDS

In the event that the customer requests a refund of the returned order, the refund will be made after receipt of the package and only following quality control of the returned items.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. The processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, in any case it is approximately 20 working days.

Refunds for orders placed by bank transfer are returned to the original bank account within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to changes in the exchange rate and will not be refunded.

The shipping costs for the return are always paid by the customer. Furthermore, the initial shipping costs are not refunded.

Any customs charges are always the responsibility of the customer.

Dipierrobrandstore.it reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized or not sent in accordance with the return policy. In these cases, Dipierrobrandstore.it can return the package to the sender at the original shipping address. In case of acceptance of an unauthorized or non-compliant return, Dipierrobrandstore.it may withhold 10% of the value of the returned goods from the refund due.
